最近、スキンケアに今までより興味津々な石渡なのです。

 

高校生になったくらいの頃からすべっすべだった肌が急に変化して、それ以来ずっとニキビができやすいし扱いにくい混合肌と付き合ってきた私。。。

 

大人になってニキビは生理前・生理中のホルモンバランスが大幅に崩れてるときにしかできなくなってきたものの、肌がぷつぷつ、なんか毛穴がつまってる？ような気がして仕方ない。

 

ニキビ肌の人はなおさら、肌に悪いと思っていても毎日ファンデーションを塗らなきゃ外に出たくないでしょ？

よく肌の綺麗な人に「ファンデーションやめなよ！」と言われ、「無理っす！」って心の中で思いながらも「あ〜そうだよね〜やっぱ肌によくないよね〜」なんて返しちゃわない？（笑）

 

肌にトラブルを抱えてる人ほどメイクは濃くなりがち。

 

 

 

I always had an acne-prone skin ever since I entered high school so I know how frustrating it is for girls my age having acne and blemishes… I feel you so bad… but now that I’m all grown up and is awaiting for my 22nd birthday in July to come, I have less acne! Yay for me! But that doesn’t mean that I have flawless, clear face; I still have serious problems with pores. You know how girls with flawless skin tells you to stop wearing foundation because it ruins your skin? When girls tell me that I feel like I can strangle them because for girls like me, going outside without foundation is like a social suicide!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t want people thinking that I have tons of blemishes and acne, even if I were never to see them again in my life. I don’t want people looking at me like that. So going outside without foundation is not an option – but it is true that foundation clogs your pores and that causes acne.

 

 

 

ということで調べてみると、

毛穴のつまりやニキビの原因となる汚れをお片づけするには「スチーマー」や「蒸しタオル」で毛穴を開かせて、クレンジングをしてあげるのがいいらしいということが判明。

 

でも大手メーカーのイオンスチーマーは高すぎて手が出ない。。。

かといって蒸しタオルはめんどくさい。。。。

 

そこで、大手メーカーのものではない５０００円弱くらいで購入できるイオンスチーマーを購入。

毛穴開かせるならこれでいいだろ！って思って、ポチっと通販サイトで即決。秒で購入ボタン。

 

りさが買ったのは、「イオニック美顔スチーマーFF6301ホワイト」

イーグルジャパンというメーカーのスチーマー。

 

 

 

So then I researched a lot, and found out that if I can clean up my face and clogged pores every day, then I can continue to wear foundation everyday. And for that to happen, I needed to get myself a facial steamer to open up your pores so that I can cleanse my dirt and make up stuck deep down in my pores away. Then I went online searching for a good ion steamer and I found out that it costs like $100 or more. I CANNOT AFFORD A $100 MACHINE just to be clear I capitalized that but yeah seriously I couldn’t afford it. So I did more research and found this ion facial steamer from a company called Eagles Japan. It was less than $50 (5000yen), people says that it’s good enough to do the job so I decided to try this product out.

 

 

 

まず、５０００円でおつりが来る価格、レビュー、機能を全部考えると、この商品に至った。

こんな感じで、スチームが出る部分の角度は調節可能。

 

コンセントにつないで、

 

 

You can change the angle of the outlet of the steam very easily.

付属の軽量カップで水をここにこんな感じで注ぐ。

 

It comes with a measuring cup like this so you pour the water in here like so….

本体電源をONにしてからその下のイオンボタンもONにする。

１分もしないうちにもくもくもくじゅわ〜とあったかいミストが噴射されるよ！

 

 

Then simply turn the machine ON and the ion button at the bottom ON as well. Within 1 min or so, the machine will start steaming awaaaaay

 

 

機械自体への感想としては、

・スチームは十分でる

・角度調節もまあいい感じ

・１回いれた水の量によって噴射時間が決まってて、一度に使い切る感じだからちょっと不便

・水を入れるところが取り外せないから掃除がしにくい

・水道水が使える！

 

 

って感じで、ところどころ不満はありつつも、忘れるべからず。これはたったの４３００円。

 

 

My opinion on the machine itself are:

-it does the work

-decent amount of steam

-you have to pour water in and use it up all at once which can be a little annoying because you don’t know how long the steam is going to last

-it’s difficult to clean up the part where you pour water in

-you can use tap water

 

 

Of course it’s not perfect but I thought it’s good considering the reasonable price.

 

 

今、４日間くらい使用していての感想としては、

 

・肌が柔らかくなった

・鼻の黒い角栓が鼻パックしたみたいに取れた

・化粧のノリがよくなった

・化粧水がすっと入っていくから肌が潤う

 

ってなかんじで、もうスチーマーの役割が万全に果たしてくれた！

 

 

I’ve been using it for 4 days now, and here is what I thought about my skin:

-it became softer

-I got rid of my black head

-foundation looks better on my skin

-I can feel my skin absorbing skin toner and moisturizer better

 

 

So it really does the magic! I really felt the difference in my skin.

 

 

 

りさの定番の使い方としては、

 

１．スチーマーをあてながらオイルクレンジングをする

２．そのあと急いで洗面所に走って行って洗顔する

３．スチーマーをあてながら化粧水をゆっくり手でしみこませる

４．最後は毛穴をために冷蔵庫でキンキンに冷やしたパックをON！（でも肌に栄養あたえすぎちゃうから、ニキビが今ひどめの人は水を含ませたタオルを冷やしておいたりするといいかも）

５．最後はニベアを薄く塗って蓋を閉じる！

 

ってなかんじ。毛穴汚れや角栓、ニキビに悩んでる人にはとってもおすすめなイオンスチーマーの紹介でした。是非つかってみてね！

 

 

My routine is:

1. I oil-cleanse my skin while I am using the steamer

2.I run (literally, run) to my bathroom and wash my face

3.come back to my room and use the steamer again, applying skin toner at the same time

4.Stop the steamer and put on a face mask that I always leave inside the fridge(to tighten up and close my opened pores)

5.Apply nivea all over my face to confine everything up.
