お気に入り肌コスメ紹介。NY発のスキンケアブランド・キールズのオイルとアイセラムが超優秀！

Hey guys!

先日、キールズの新製品発表会にお邪魔してきたので、それについてレポートブログ。

キールズは、1851年にニューヨークでアポセカリー（調剤薬局）としてスタートしたスキンケアブランド。歴史がとても長くて、人にずーっと長い間愛されてきたんだ。今はもう世界中に展開してて、もちろん日本にもたくさんの店舗を構えている１６０年以上続くロングランブランド！そんなキールズは今も昔も植物由来の成分などを積極的に用いて本当に肌に効くスキンケアプロダクトを生み出しているのです。

Let me give a little speech about the history of “KIEHL’S SINCE 1851”. I think many of you may already i　know this brand- it is a skin care brand which originally started as an apothecary in New York City in 1851. It has a long long history ( good 160 years!!) and it has always been the supporter of New Yorkers’ skin troubles for quite a long time. Kiehl’s products are made with the finest naturallyderived ingredients from all over the world that is scientifically proven to be beneficial for the skin. Kiehl’s don’t just use any ingredients to make products smell better or sound like it works – IT SERIOUSLY WORKS.

で、話を少し戻すと、今回９月と１０月に発売される製品が２つあるの！

I recently had a chance to go to their new product launch presentation/party. Kiehl’s is releasing 2 new products in September and October this year (in Japan).

▼一つ目は、９月１８日新発売の「キールズ　デイリーボタニカル　コンセントレート」

The first one is Kiehl’s DAILY REVIVING CONCENTRATE ( in Japan it’s called the Daily Botanical Concentrate.) which is going to be lining up in all stores from September 18^th .

▼キールズの製品の中でもかなり人気なのが、ミッドナイトボタニカルコンセントレートっていう夜用美容液なのね。

There is a popular long-selling product called the Midnight Recovery Concentrate( in Japan “Midnight Botanical Concentrate”), which is a skin serum for night time.

このミッドナイトボタニカルコンセントレートの朝用バージョンが、この「デイリーボタニカルコンセントレート」なわけなのだ。

朝だから、発表会でのディスプレイもひまわりで、パッケージも黄色で華やか、爽やか、パワフル！

I think you can guess by now but the morning time version of Midnight Botanical Concentrate is this “Daily botanical Concentrate”! The display at the presentation was so pretty with lots of sunflowers and also the yellow packages are so powerful, eye-catching but yet refreshing. Perfect for the morning concept, right?

どうやら１日の終わりに肌って５．４歳も老けるらしい。知ってた？疲れ感、小じわ、くすみ、ざらつきの全てが1日の終わりに朝よりおかなり悪化してるんだって毎日。お〜〜〜〜こわ！！

でもこのオイルを朝化粧前に塗ると、全ての項目で朝よりも改善したんだって！逆に、０スタートで普通ならマイナスになるものが、これ塗るだけで０からプラスになるって冷静にすごい。

Did you know that your skin at the end of the day appears 5.4 years older than you skin in the morning? Woah I was so terrified when I heard this at the presentation… You get more visible wrinkles, more fatigue, more somberness, more roughness…But by applying this serum, it is scientifically proven that in every factor I listed above will be improved compared to your morning skin. So you started off with a 0, then at the end of the day your skin becomes a MINUS at your natural state, but when you do apply this serum, you start off with a 0, but end with a PLUS, therefore your skin condition is better off at the end of the day as compared to when you started the day!. ▼２つめの製品は、１０月２３日新発売のスーパーアイセラム。

The second new product is called the Super Multi-Corrective Eye-Opening Serum (in Japan it’s called the “Super Eye Serum”) which will be launched on October 23^rd.

▼このアイセラムは、大人気クリームの「クリームSP」の目元用バージョンなの。

This eye serum is the eye care version of Super Multi-Corrective Cream, another best selling hit product of Kiehl’s.

目元がぱっとしないなーって思うのは、はりの低下が原因なんだって。実は目元のケアって怠りがちだけど超大切らしいよ。りさも、まだ２０代前半だし〜とか思って全然ケアしてなかったんだけど、この日、初めてはっとさせられた。

植物由来のラムノースっていう成分と、みなさんおなじみヒアルロン酸、あとつけたときにすぐに目元に明るさを与えてくれるイルミネーティングミネラルっていうメイクアップ成分も配合してるからつけた瞬間も変わるし、つけながらアイケアもできる優れもの。

I never thought I needed to use a special cream or serum for my eyes, especially because I was saying to myself that I’m only in my early 20s and it’s not like my eyes are getting all wrinkly. But in order to keep the tension to your eyes, I learned that you really need to take good care of the eyes since that’s the part where your skin is the thinnest but used the most (by blinking and laughing and all that). Plus the eyes are where you look at first when you first meet someone so you definitely want to be ready for any meet-and-greets with your best eyes… right?;)
