Brandon Reierson, is the illustrator and designer behind Lactose Intoler-art. He has a magnifying glass on the highly stylized Harajuku/art school/shop staff fashion scene, which he illustrates with a wonderfully free handed style reminiscent of the Rugrats. His love of Japanese street fashion and highly tuned antenna to the comings and goings to the citizens of Harajuku make his artwork a fascinating time capsule of fashion and trends.
