One day I was looking at the mirror before putting my makeup on and I realized my acne has become so much better these days…. which is so amazing because I’ve been struggling with acne prone skin for what, 5 or 6 years now. I’ve written all about my skincare routines on this blog before, (check this blog out!) <\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>but some of my routines changed over these last few months so I thought I’d share it with you all today.<\/span><\/p>\n

I’m using the LUSH “Let The Good Times Roll” and LUSH “Mask Of Magnaminty” . I use “Let The Good Times Roll” first, right after oil cleansing. It’s super natural but it contains 2 different types of corn powder to deep cleanse my skin and what really surprises me is that after using this, my skin gets sooooooo soft and moisturized. It’s almost like putting on a moisturizer and cleaning your skin at the same time. I’ve been using this for about 2 months now but it really made a difference in my skin texture.<\/p>\n

After that I use this “Mask of Magnaminty”. It’s a special treatment mask to use every once a week but I use it everyday because of my acne prone skin. It has peppermint oil, Marigold Oil and Chlorophyll and all other good stuff with weird names but I will say this: It catches all the dirt stuck deep down in your pores and shove it all out. I recommend using this if you are one of the girls who use heavy foundation on a daily basis. Also you can use this product on your face AND your body so if you have back acne or butt acne you should give this product a try. Plus, this works for those girls who get bad acne before and after their period because of bad hormone balance. My skin gets bad temporarily before my period so this is a go-to rescue item that I CANNOT lose.<\/p>\n

Clarisonic Mia 2 ROCKS. It changed my LIFE. They say it’s the best to use once or twice a week, but because I wear really heavy makeup on everyday, I use this three or four times a week. The vibration and the soft face brush gets all the dirt out of your pores. After using this, my skin feels so much lighter and clean and it feels AMAZING. It is a little pricey but considering what it does, I think it’s a good investment. I was suffering from small tiny pimples under the skin… I mean, it’s not a big red acne so it doesn’t look too bad, but still since it’s under my skin, it’s turns out a bit bumpy on the surface and I couldn’t cover it up by foundation. But ever since I started washing my face with this clarisonic mia, it really helped me get rid of those small bumps on my forehead and face line.<\/p>\n

I use coconut oil after face wash ( oh and don’t forget to choose VIRGIN coconut oil so that it’s completely organic and pure oil) to massage my face, and then I use this Aloe Vera Lotion to seal it all in. I bought this in Thailand but it’s too bad I can’t find it in Japan….. I’m still trying to find the dupe for this! Anyhow, Aloe is super good for acne so give it a shot.<\/p>\n
