Since last year, I haven’t been very healthy for some reason. I had tonsillitis over 10 times in one year, was hospitalized and now I have pneumothorax! Can you believe it? Ugh I hate being so unhealthy. Without health, there is no way you can enjoy life. Being healthy is the most most most important thing, more important than money, work, family. Your health is everything. Some people don’t get how lucky they are to be healthy because they don’t know what it’s like to not be able to do what you want to do due to health issues. So now that I am rather on the unhealthy-side, my resolution for this year is to BE HEALTHY!! In order to achieve this resolution, here are the three things I do: Eat and drink healthy ,\u00a0Workout on daily basis, Release stress. But today I will only get into the first one, DRINKING HEALTHY part.<\/p>\n

My favorite water is VOSS, Norway’s mineral water. The bottle is glass, so it is a little heavy but the design is so fashionable and edgy. They have sparkling and stilled water, in several sizes (375ml or 800ml being the mainstream sizes). If you’re in Japan, I recommend ordering it through Kinokuniya online shop, because they sell it in 3 bottles package, whereas other online shops only sell it 12 bottles or 24 bottles\u2026 which is a little too many considering the small houses in Japan to keep more than 12 glass bottles\u2026 lol<\/p>\n

the above three combinations are my favorites. Citrus fruits life grapefruits, lemon, oranges are best for summer, and also they give stronger taste to the water compared to berries and apples, so I like that about citrus. I also love putting mint leaves in most of my detox water- it is so refreshing and it gives more detoxing effect! if you are the type of person who cannot be bothered to make a smoothie everyday in the morning, infused water will do the job by less work!<\/p>\n
